our process

Whether your goal is to connect a new product team with international offices or build a better brand experience online, zerotime interactive uses a process that integrates planning, creativity and technology with your business objectives to form sound strategies and successful solutions.

  • Envisioning – The first step of development begins with information gathering and discovery. Working with you, we document ideas, goals, strategies and concepts — both for the initial release of your online project and for its end state. We also address any concurrent marketing efforts (online and offline) that must mirror development. In subsequent releases, envisioning serves as a reality check; it is an opportunity to review the original vision and ensure future development remains true to that goal.
  • Planning – In this stage, we clearly articulate each feature set by developing case scenarios and establishing business rules that result in a Functional Specification. This document is used as a tool for building consensus and identifying discrepancies in strategy, vision, scope and overall direction. In short, this stage produces the "blueprint" that drives all development efforts.
  • Development – Once the Functional Specification is approved, we begin development with presentations of creative concepts that culminate in programming. Completed feature sets are released to the client for review and a launch date is based on completion of a critical mass of features.
  • Testing/Stabilization and /Quality Assurance – This is the most critical stage because it has a direct impact on the success of your project. After deploying the site on a production server, we perform a thorough QA on aspects including functionality, design standards and download time.
